- Hailstoonic's land is cold and unforgiving. It's skin is coated and procested by shardes of ice and layers of snow. little life is ever seen beyond the gates of the city. This land holds it's nick name for a reason....
- Those who plan to journey through must be prepared to face death.
- Hailstoonic's bourders only hold Elements of Ice
Ice Element Powers:
- Cryokinesis - control ice, snow and other forms of frozen water.
- Freeze Breath - freeze things in solid ice.
- Freezing - lower the temperature in kinetic atoms to freezing temperatures.
- Frigokinesis - control snow either as precipitation or already on the ground.
- Ice Beam - shoot beams of freezing energy.
- Ice Generation - able to build from the ice, snow, ect..
